At Krishoker School, we strive to ensure that all users have a smooth and satisfactory learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users may request a refund for purchased courses.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A user may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues prevent access to the purchased course.

  • Promised course resources were not delivered.

  • An incorrect course was purchased unintentionally.

All refund requests are subject to a verification process.

2. Time Frame for Requesting a Refund

  • Users must submit a refund request within 48 hours of purchasing a course or course bundle.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team during business hours using the email address linked to your Krishoker School account.

  2. A customer support representative will respond with a refund form.

  3. Complete the form with your purchase information, email address, and phone number used at registration.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Upon approval, your course will be temporarily frozen, and you will receive an email notification within 3 business days.

  • If approved, you will be unenrolled, and all course progress will be deleted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via voucher or the original payment method.

  • Note:

    • A 5% VAT charge is non-refundable.

    • Banks, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), or other payment gateways may deduct transaction fees from the refunded amount.

5. Conditions That Disqualify a Refund

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The refund request is made more than 48 hours after purchase.

  • You have already obtained a course certificate within the 48-hour window.

  • You complete course activities (e.g., watching more than 5 premium videos, taking quizzes, downloading materials) after submitting a refund request.

  • You purchased an electronic book.

  • The live session for a subscription-based course has already begun.

6. Transfer or Adjustment Policy

  • If a course was purchased in error, you may request a transfer to another course via a voucher.

  • If the new course costs more, the user must pay the price difference.

  • If the new course costs less, Krishoker School will refund the difference using the original payment method.

7. Service Issues from Krishoker School

Users are entitled to a refund if:

  • The course content or resources were not delivered as advertised.

  • The user purchased a live class instead of a recorded class by mistake.

8. Final Notes

  • Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.

  • If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, contact:
